A review in the Lanchester Association's January Newsletter.
The Christmas Lunch was held at the Kenilworth Golf Club this year and was a great success. A total of forty-four members attended and I am sure were all, like me, impressed by the ambiance of the venue and the quality of the food. The service was excellent, helped by the fact that the venue required us to provide table plans. This meant that when the food was served, all the waiters were able to focus on the same table, such that everyone on that table got their meal at the same time. Committee members took the opportunity to canvas opinions from as many of the diners as possible and, on the basis of their feedback, have decided to book the Golf Club for the next talk and lunch meeting and for next year's Christmas Lunch.
