This "competition" is only to list Llandrindod players so that handicaps can be updated on the morning of the match. It should normally be set as a Non-Member Competition so that it is not visible to members and hidden from the diary, competition list etc. 

Prior to the match:

• add any new players using CDH numbers provided by Llandrindod.

On the morning of the match:

• Change the setting to Open Competition,
• Update Visitors from WHS on the start sheet,
• reset to Non Members Competition (this hides it from the diary, competition list and results.

Players handicaps who are listed in the match fixture will then show the latest values as they may have changed as a result of the Joe Gardner Competition which runs on the previous day. 

This competition does not need to be finalised.  Once the match is complete, change the date to the competition to the following year.
